Welcome to Central! My name is Jeff Wheeler and I am the Lead Pastor here at Central. I have been married to my beautiful wife Shirlene for 30 years. We have three adult children and 3 grandchildren.  God is good!

It has been my privilege to be in full time Christian ministry for 25 years, in which time I also had the opportunity to coach high school basketball for 12 seasons.  God has allowed me to impact the lives of countless adults and students through coaching and teaching. I received a BA (Communication) from Azusa Pacific University, an MA (Theology) from Fuller Theological Seminary, and am in the process earning a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. I believe in higher education.

I began my ministry at Central on Easter Sunday, 2011. It has been a fabulous ride ever since! I have the gifts of teaching and exhortation, which means you will be challenged to grow spiritually when you hear me preach. I hope that you not only feel challenged but loved as you sit under my ministry. My sermons are relevant to people at any point of their spiritual journey.
