The Finleys have a multiplying ministry of training Brazilians and Latin Americans for transformational, cross-cultural disciple-making among the least-reached and most neglected people groups around the world. Their responsibilities include designing training appropriate to the profile of different groups of mission volunteers and the fields where they serve; teaching in their areas of expertise; providing pastoral care and mentoring for mission candidates and missionaries; and providing leadership for the trainers who serve with them.
