Converge’s one vision is multiplying transformational churches, and their central ministry focus is to develop transformational leaders. David is International Director for Converge Worldwide. He assists missionaries by building bridges with national partners, opening doors to new areas of ministry and building a strong foundation on which a missionary can stand. David clears a path for missionaries, allowing them to focus on their ministry. David helps increase the effectiveness of sharing the gospel among unreached and under reached people groups.
