Thom works as the Advisor to the Technical Services Department of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Board which operated 5 hospitals and 28 health centers throughout a large part of Cameroon. The Schotanuses are actively involved in the Muslim community of Cameroon. Tim started water projects amongst the least-reached Fulbe people group. Thom is starting a group of local men in positions of influence to organize a network that will encourage Cameroonian Christians to be salt and light.
