The Steeles manage and equip a team of 10 Staff Couples who work with ministry teams in a fourteen state region of the Upper Midwest. They also prepare those Staff Couples, and other layleaders, to reach out to the Hispanic communities here in the US and assist the military communities and churches with FamilyLife’s related resources.
