Spiritual Development
Central aims to provide the resources and community you need for continual growth in your walk with God. We host groups that serve all ages, demographics, neighborhoods in Sioux Falls, and spiritual needs within our church. Living in community is an important aspect of a believer’s walk with God, and it will help you carry out the mission of sharing the love of Jesus.
We gather once a month on a Saturday morning at Central to connect and study the Word. A speaker shares and challenges attendees, then we have a time of discussion at individual tables. Each table has a leader to encourage conversations and equip men in their faith journey. Sign up for the next Men's Breakfast. Forged is a community of godly men at Central who gather on a regular basis to study the Bible, pray, and fellowship together in small groups called Huddles. Forged exists to help men share the love of Jesus with their relational world. Join a Men's Huddle. Through the Pure Desire Conquer Series, men can find a a greater understanding of the neurochemistry of sexual addiction and how to manage the triggers in your life. Learn more about Conquer. This is a supportive community designed to help single fathers navigate the unique challenges of parenting alone while fostering their spiritual growth. This group provides a space for encouragement, accountability, and connection with other men in similar life stages. Join the Single Dad's Group These nights for any woman age 10+ at Central, plus their friends. From kitchen parties to craft nights to game nights, we provide ways to connect with other women in a fun and energetic environment. Check out our calendar and sign up for our next Ladies Fun Night! Woven is a community for women & teens where we grow deeper through studying the Bible, prayer, and fellowship. Women who are a part of Woven are involved in Threads (small groups) from September through May and meet on a regular basis. Learn more about Woven. We serve single moms and their families through relationships, Bible Study, mentoring, or care needs. We are here to support and encourage these women & their families. Get in touch with us if you'd like to connect with other single moms. Anchored is Central's support group designed to empower and uplift women facing infertility, pregnancy, and child loss. This is a safe space to find solace, community, resources, and spiritual connection. Join us at our next Anchored group meeting. Our Young Adults ministry is a place where meaningful friendships are developed and we grow spiritually as we navigate this crucial stage of life. We specifically serve young men and women, ages 23-30, searching for identity, belonging and purpose. Get connected with Central Young Adults. These groups are for adults 60+ looking to gather on Sunday mornings. We study the Bible together and connect on a weekly basis. Our visitation team exists to share God's mercy and love with those who are homebound and cannot join us at a weekend service.
