Serve With Kid Central

Volunteer leaders play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to grow in their faith. Consistently serving in a Kid Central room fosters meaningful relationships that will help establish the foundation of how kids experience church during weekend services.

Your commitment as a volunteer includes serving two Sundays per month, which ends up being about 3 hours of your time each month.

What do I have to do as a Kid Central Volunteer?

Nursery

Infants – 1 Year Olds

Show up 15 minutes before service time.
Meet with other leaders in the Clubhouse for Huddle. You’ll hear any last minute reminders and pray for the morning together.
Head to your assigned room, play with kids, pray with them, and enjoy serving alongside other leaders.
Once parents pick up their kids, tidy up the classroom.
Go to church (if you haven’t already attended) and have a wonderful Sunday!

Early Childhood, Elementary & Level Up

2 Years Old – 5th Grade

Show up 15 minutes before service time.
Meet with other leaders in the Clubhouse for Huddle. You’ll hear any last minute reminders and pray for the morning together.
Large group — worship, listen to a short time of teaching, and learn together with many ages.
Small group — kids in your class will learn together in a classroom. The Bible lesson will be written out word-for-word and your supplies will be ready.
Once parents pick up their kids, tidy up the classroom.
Go to church (if you haven’t already attended!) and have a wonderful Sunday!
