Three Crowns
Three Crowns | Easter
Sermon Description
In this week's message, Pastor Jeff walks us through Luke 24:1-11, where he unpacks the resurrection of Jesus and what it means for us to share in His triumph. Throughout the message, you'll hear biblical and historical examples of what it looks like to hold on through life's darkest Saturdays — those seasons of waiting, doubt, and discouragement — trusting that Sunday is coming. Through this message, we hope that you would find renewed hope in the risen Christ and discover that because He conquered sin and death, you can too.
Series Overview
In the week leading up to the cross, Jesus wore three crowns. First, a crown of worship from a woman who anointed his head with oil. Second, a crown of suffering, with thorns placed on Jesus' head as he was mocked and beaten. Finally, a crown of glory as he rose from the dead.
Holy Week traces how devotion, suffering, and eternal glory culminate in the final days of Jesus.
