How did God show up in your life in the last 12 months?

God has shown up for me in many ways in my life. However I'll focus on one. Over the summer I was involved with a Bible study studying Ephesians. That study was wonderful and it has prepared me to study spiritual warfare with Woven in the fall.

How do you live differently knowing God is alive & active in your life?

I am learning to pray more, and to listen more to God's response. To rely on God's faithfulness to me, knowing that He is faithful to me. Sometimes it is the very little things that God asks me to do that opens up doors for me. Or save me some from being trials. This is showing me how much God loves me.

How did you share the love of Jesus this year with someone who doesn't know Christ?

I have been getting to know my backyard neighbor and her husband. Because of the casual conversations we have had, I have been able to pose the question or statement "is that what the Bible tells us to do?" She has been curious about Central. She has wanted to go to church with me however if she's been getting these headaches. She said that she wanted to go to check out the church to see what it's all about.

Anything else you'd like to share about your story or testimony?

I think it's through prayers of other people that have really gotten me through some really tough times this past year. It is knowing that people are actively praying, and they will ask me how things are going and to continue to pray.
