How did God show up in your life in the last 12 months?

Providing me with a safe pregnancy.  I never realized how much of a miracle getting and being pregnant is. Until I got pregnant and watched multiple friends lose their babies. The heartbreak and joy that has coexisted has been something I didn't know I could carry. Gods grace, Gods goodness has been seen in my pregnancy and I’ve never been more grateful for His goodness and protection than in the last 6 months of carrying this bundle of joy.

How do you live differently knowing God is alive & active in your life?

I never take morning sickness, a kick, heartburn, or the tears from hormones for granted or as a burden. All of it is a joy. When anxiety about the pregnancy riddles me down, I pray and Gods protection and comfort overwhelms me. I've come to lean on Him more everyday now that I find myself more fearful or anxious of things that arise that don't always seem “ normal”.

How did you share the love of Jesus this year with someone who doesn't know Christ?

My family isn't Christian. And we are naming our son’s middle name “ Joy” God gave me his name in a dream and I got to share that with them. Though they don't understand. It's another thing that shows them how prevalent God is in EVERYTHING.

Anything else you'd like to share about your story or testimony?

God is so good. I've said that more times in the last year than I think in the last 5 years of being Christian.
