How did God show up in your life in the last 12 months?

After a 20 year battle with addiction/obsession with alcohol. Christ delivered me. On February 10, 2025 I woke up and the obsession to drink was completely gone!! It has been a miracle mine in our lives!

How do you live differently knowing God is alive & active in your life?

I try to share my testimony with others. How Jesus has transformed my life in a way that I could not do on my own. I try to serve whenever I can! Meeting with others who have strong faith has been a great way to grow in my own faith!

How did you share the love of Jesus this year with someone who doesn't know Christ?

I’ve invited a lot of people to Church! There are a few that have come and now call Central home!

Anything else you'd like to share about your story or testimony?

I think addiction gets dismissed a lot in the Midwest. Especially with alcohol. I struggled with it for two decades. Jesus was the only chance I had at a life without alcohol. Everyday I thank him for delivering me from my addiction.
