"It's Not About You!" (Annual Report)

Sermon Description

In this week's message, Pastor Jeff leads us through Mark 10:35–45 for our Annual Report Weekend. Using Jesus’ words that “the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve,” he reminds us that life in Christ is not about us—it’s about sharing, serving, and sacrificing for the sake of others. Throughout the message, you’ll hear stories of people at Central who have embraced ownership of the mission by loving their oikos, serving faithfully, and sacrificing for God’s Kingdom. As we look back on God’s faithfulness over the last year and ahead to the opportunities before us, our hope is that you’ll be inspired to move from spectator to participant, and to take ownership of the mission Jesus has entrusted to us.
