Part 1: Humility – ASL
God is forming us for his purposes. Like clay in the hands of the potter, He patiently shapes us into the people we were created to be. But this spiritual formation isn't just for our benefit: God is making us into disciples who go and change lives.
The New Testament is full of people who God used in powerful ways, working in and through them. For these next few weeks, we'll focus on virtues that God formed in these folks, traits that allowed them to make an impact for the Kingdom. And it's my prayer that God will use their example to inform and transform us.
I hope you'll take part in this series by joining a LifeGroup. This is a great opportunity to grow in the context of Christ-centered community, so you can "continue to work out your salvation... for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose" (Philippians 2:12-13).
