The Dordt University Concert Choir from Sioux Center, Iowa, invites you to a concert at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, at Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Edgerton. This free concert is part of a spring tour with performances scheduled in Iowa, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Directed by Dr. Rob Hobgood, the Dordt University Concert Choir will perform a wide variety of choral music including hymn arrangements, spirituals, classics from the modern choral repertoire as well as past centuries including Gabrielli, Handel, and Clausen, and several compositions written within the last decade by talented young composers. The concert is free, with a freewill offering received to help defray tour expenses.

The Abstinence Clearinghouse, in partnership with the Alpha Center, will be hosting a Knight to Remember for mothers and sons on Saturday, Feb. 11 at Five Oaks in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This event is designed for mother figures and young men ages 12-18 to focus on virtue and integrity. The evening will include a speaker, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and a dance!

On Feb. 17-18 at Trinity Reformed Church, Dr. Del Tackett will guide attendees through a convicting, yet encouraging, discussion on experiencing and sharing the light of Christ to a broken, post-Christian world. Dr. Tackett will also showcase ongoing projects that his organization utilizes to equip believers for a life of evangelism and Biblical discussion.
